At Wholly Waffles, we are dedicated to bringing the artisan Dutch Stroopwafel to Scotland.

We serve the true Dutch Stroopwafel: a warm, freshly-baked waffle filled with a soft caramel. Add a layer of milk chocolate and a sweet topping of choice to build your own unique waffle.

Founded by a Dutchman, Wholly Waffles uses traditional baking methods and British ingredients to bring you the homely flavours of Holland.

We run a number of pop-up bakeries throughout the year.

Sustainability is one of our core values — we thrive to minimise our effects on the environment by limiting food waste, sourcing our ingredients locally in the UK, and only using recyclable or biodegradable product packaging.

Yes — our waffles contain milk, eggs, soya and wheat (gluten).
