At Wholly Waffles, we are dedicated to bringing the artisan Dutch Caramel Waffle — also known as Stroopwafel — to Edinburgh, Scotland.
We serve the true Dutch Caramel Waffle: a warm, freshly-baked waffle oozing with a soft caramel. Add a layer of milk chocolate and a sweet topping of choice for the ultimate waffle experience.
Founded by a Dutchman who has made Scotland his adopted home, Wholly Waffles uses traditional baking methods and locally sourced ingredients to bring you the homely flavours of Holland.
We operate a number of pop-ups throughout the Summer and Christmas period, and also offer bespoke catering services.

Sustainability is one of our core values — we thrive to minimise our effects on the environment by limiting food waste, sourcing our ingredients locally in the UK, and only using recyclable or biodegradable product packaging.
DO STROOPWAFELS CONTAIN ALLERGENS I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
Yes — our waffles contain milk, eggs, soya and wheat (gluten). For more information, please contact us for an ingredient statement.
Do you accept delivery orders?
Wholly Waffles does not currently bake waffles for delivery. However, we are happy to accommodate large orders — just get in touch with us at yum@whollywaffles.co.uk to arrange your order and collection from one of our mobile trade locations (payment required in advance).
DO YOU offer VEGAN OPTIONS?
We do not currently offer vegan products.
